- Overall 2- 3 years of inside sales experience in IT services.
- Experience with CRM, E-Commerce & Salesforce software is an added advantage.
- Should have either technical knowledge or a strong marketing background.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- He should have a passion for technology and should be tracking the latest updates in the technology space.
- Must be Goal-oriented, driven, and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers.
- Must have done prospecting in the North American market to identify quality leads through internet research/lists.
- Develop opportunities through cold-call prospecting, leads driven via webinars, email promotions, events, etc.
- Market research to identify and prospect target accounts for new business.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information in CRM.
- Develop relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
- Arrange business meetings with senior management of prospective clients.
- Demonstrated ability to find and create an initial door opening into prospective client accounts.
- Ability to manage many prospects’ situations simultaneously and to position company services.
- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet internal and external deadlines
- Should be willing to work in the night shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST shift)
